Employee Resource Groups in DDAR
Employee Resource Groups aim to provide inclusion and community for members of DDAR while also providing critical insight to increase our ability to engage communities external to the division. All the ERGs are hosted through the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging office.
Cross Cultural Alliances
Mission Statement
Our goal is to serve as a community of support for our BIPOC employees’ personal and professional lives within our community and our constituents. We aim to elevate and prioritize unique needs and serve as a haven of belonging.
We support a work environment free of race or ethnic discrimination or harassment. We aim to increase relevance, diversity, and inclusion and will work to enhance our visibility. Our membership will include activities that connect members, support their career goals, foster community, and cultivate a culture of equity and inclusion.

We strive to engage and support early career professionals by providing professional development, networking opportunities, and social engagements. Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all DDAR employees that identify within the LGBTQ+ community and those who support gender and sexual diversity through allyship. The Pride Alliance ERG is a place/space where all can gather in community with each other for networking, professional development, and gender/sexual diversity education to advance DDAR’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Mission Statement
Women and Allies Employee Resource Group’s mission is to foster a supportive and welcoming environment where all DDAR employees can learn about, share in, and grow a community dedicated to the professional and personal development of women-identified employees in the workplace. Our goal is to provide programs, events, activities, and other opportunities for professional and personal development, provide space for open communication to voice opinions and concerns in a safe environment, foster a climate of diversity, inclusion, and equity, and to assist, as able, in recruitment, retention, and advancement of women.
